In addition, we remain abreast of the latest in orthodontic care by attending continuing education courses throughout the year on patient service, OSHA, computer operations and advanced technology for wires and brackets.
Dr. Kozak and each of our staff members are sensitive to our patients' individual needs. We strive to go above and beyond your expectations to make every visit comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. Amy is our Financial Coordinator and has been a dedicated team member since September of 2003. She is always in high spirits and takes pride in really getting to know all of our patients. In her spare time, Amy enjoys shopping, going on vacation, and spending time with friends and family. She loves working at Kozak Orthodontics. Please contact Amy if you have any financial concerns.
Krystal is the head of our Clinical Team and has been a dedicated team member since January of 2005. She is an extremely hard worker and has an amazing ability to make all of our patients and parents feel comfortable. In her spare time, Krystal enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her family. She loves working at Kozak Orthodontics, because of the rewarding feeling she gets after making a difference in the lives of our patients.
Jenna is a Clinical Assistant and has been a dedicated team member since May of 2006. She is extremely friendly and always knows just what to say to brighten your day. In her spare time, she enjoys, shopping, scrapbooking, and traveling. She loves working at Kozak Orthodontics, because she gets to witness the exciting changes that orthodontics can make on people's lives, and she loves being a part of that.
Katie is a Clinical Assistant and has been a dedicated team member since January 2008. She has dental experience, is an incredibly quick learner, and has a laugh that would brighten anyone's day. In her spare time, Katie enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and cross-stitching. She loves working at Kozak Orthodontics, because of the friendly atmosphere and fun work environment.
Tiffany is a Clinical Assistant and has been a dedicated team member since June of 2006. She is as sweet as they come and is always willing to lend a helping hand. In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys reading, shopping, and spending time with friends and family. She loves working at Kozak Orthodontics, because she loves working with people and in such a fun and friendly environment.

I married Fred in May of 99’. We have 3 beautiful children; Caroline, Luca and Marco. What I look forward to most is spending time with them at the zoo, on picnics, going to the library and taking walks to the park. My most gratifying passion in life is seeing them smile and be happy. I enjoy reading Nicholas Sparks novels, cooking and I’m a movie buff. My husband and I enjoy wine tasting and entertaining our friends and family. Together we enjoy traveling to Arizona or Florida with the kids each year.
I take pride in our Mission Statement. I come to Kozak Orthodontics each day with a drive to make a difference. To me, it’s all about attitude. Life is much better when the outlook is positive.
I live my life according to the Golden Rule. Also, “When you’re laughing, you’re learning!” So, live well, laugh often and love much!
