AppointmentsYour scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. Should this occur, a 24-hour notice is appreciated. If you are unable to provide us with a 24-hour notice, please call our office as soon as possible.
InsuranceOur office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, it’s always a good idea for you to become familiar with your benefits. Located on your insurance card, you will find a toll-free number to contact your carrier and determine your benefits. We will also contact your insurance company to verify benefit amounts and payment schedules. Once treatment has begun, we will follow up with your insurance company to ensure they are paying properly over the course of treatment.
